In addition to merit scholarships awards for the TACHS, SHSAT, HSPT, SAT, or any other standard scholarship or entrance exam, below you will find scholarships available to students from 7th grade to high school. You can contact us to help you prepare for any of the above exams, review your applications, or help you with your essays. Please help us keep this list up to date. High School Scholarships

Scholarship: Student Sponsor Partners

Prize: almost all high school tuition
Eligibility: Student must be entering 9th grade. Must have a maximum household income of $10,000 for each member of the household and be an average or below average student. Student must attend one of 23 partnering high schools in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, or the Bronx including Bishop Kearney, Cathedral, Holy Cross, Saint Joseph, and more. Student must take the TACHS exam.

Scholarships for New York State residents

Scholarship:New York State Scholarship for Academic Excellence

Prize: $500-1,500 per year for up to 5 years
Eligibility: 12 Grade or College student New York resident who graduated from a New York high school and will study in a New York undergraduate program. Awards are based on some Regents exam grades.

Scholarship:New York State STEM Incentive Program

Prize: Full tuition scholarship
Eligibility: 12 Grade of College student – “The NYS STEM Incentive Program provides a full SUNY or CUNY tuition scholarship for the top 10 percent of students in each New York State high school if they pursue a STEM degree in an associates or bachelor degree program and agree to work in a STEM field in New York State for 5 years after graduation.”
